Hey ladies.
My baby Carmen is nearly 4 weeks now and im getting alot more sleep at night now than when she was first born (she sleeps 4/5 hours at a time now)
I was just wondering how long is it before they start sleeping alot longer roughly?!
im sooo tired! lol i find it really hard to sleep in the daytime so i survive on the little sleep i get at night and tend to wake up around 7am when carmen wakes up for breakfast and i cant get back to sleep after!

hi katie21 my little man is nearly 2 weeks and wakes up every 3 hours for feeds my last started going through the night at 6 weeks.

Im bottle feeding, Carmen is on nearly 4oz about every 4/5 hours but i also demand feed her when shes hungry too

hopefully she will start to settle at night soon and sleep through. but some babies just dont and take a bit longer.

hiya i feed my little one alot during the day so when he is ready to go to bed at 8 he is all full up thrughout the night he sleeps until about 9 the next day has done since he was 2 weeks old. xx

how lucky r you'z my baby doesnt sleep in the night she lies awake moanin shes always hungry she's having 4oz every 2 hours she could easily drink 5oz in one go! argh its so hard she got weighed yesterday and she's 8lb4 her birth weight was 7lb12

My callum has 4 or 5 oz bottles n seems 2 sleep for 4-5 hours through the nite but during the day he wants feeding every 3 hours? hes just started at his night time feed deciding 2 stay wide awake for an hour or so yet in the day he sleeps alot. how do you try n keep a sleepy baby awake in the day? even after i play with him he sltill drifts off yet at 4 n 5 in the morning he thinks its playtime.lol..x

i'm lucky that i can sleep after her feeds quite easily but i always give her her midnight feed and then go to bed so i only have to actually wake up at 4am to give her a bottle and then it's back to sleep.
have been giving her 4fl oz every 4hours but recently have tried giving her 5oz at night, she seems to still be waking up every 4hours though so am tempted to try giving her 6 instead in hopes of getting an extra hour!
so can't wait until she starts sleeping through

we're getting 6/7 hours sleep at night now! its soooooo nice! lol
