Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some tips that i can use at home for my dd. She is 4 and a half and is currently doing her pre-school year.
However when the class are doing circle time or story time or some forms of table work she cant seem to sit still on her chair.
She gets up and talks out of turn, makes noise with her feet etc. She needs to be constantly reminded to sit still.
What can I do at home to get her to 'practice' sitting quietly.

not an expert but I know than paying simple board game did help my children to take turn at the right time and to sit still to play.
otherwise I imagine doing with her any activity that require sitting for a certain length of the time should help (jigsaw, color in). if you are not already doing that
